RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY
At FASHION HOUSE, we are dedicated to promoting sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. As an eco-friendly company, we make mindful choices that help protect the environment. In alignment with our commitment, please be aware of our updated return policy effective January 1, 2024. We generally do not accept returns for a refund of the purchase price. However, we offer store credit for damaged products following these guidelines.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
Certain item, such as jewelry accessories worn on the skin, are ineligible for return.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We hope you love what you ordered from us and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every item you purchase. If you receive a damaged item, promptly contact our Customer Service at hello@fashionhouse.design within 14 days of receiving the product. To expedite the process, provide clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number. Once the damage is confirmed, we will issue you store credit for the purchase amount.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. FASHION HOUSE does not charge restocking fees.
WASHED OR WORN MERCHANDISE
Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORIGINAL RECEIPT
To process your return, please retain your original order number or confirmation. Unfortunately, we may not be able to service your return without this information.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns related to damaged products, we recommend using a traceable carrier. Keep the return tracking number to ensure the package reaches our warehouse. FASHION HOUSE is not responsible for packages sent with the client's return service.
All return shipping must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
